What do you do when you have a successful career that's slowly killing you?

That's were I was.  I had my dream job, but the long commute and hours were getting in the way of my health, time with family and friends, and feeling connected to my work.

I consistently felt exhausted, stressed, and like I was going through the motions of my life.  Eventually, I thought there must be a better way to feel better and more fulfilled.

That's when I found my coach, and things started to change.

I started to pair down, simplify, and streamline different parts of my life to help with my energy.  I started to think more about what quality of life I wanted to build.

With the help of my coach, I felt more in control of my life and more energized. My coaching experience inspired me to become a certified high performance coach and help others build the life they want without burning out.
